Capital Partnership with Yamauchi-No.10 Family Office, LLC

K2Pictures Inc. (hereinafter “the Company”) has formed a capital partnership with Yamauchi-No.10 Family Office, LLC (Minato-ku, Tokyo; Managing Partner: Banjo Yamauchi, hereinafter “YFO”), through which YFO has acquired a portion of the Company’s shares.
