Memorandum of Understanding on Business Alliance Signed with Brighten Fashion Co., Ltd.

K2Pictures Inc. (hereinafter “the Company”) and Brighten Fashion Co., Ltd. (Head Office: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Sadao Sasaki, hereinafter “BF”) signed a memorandum of understanding (hereinafter “the MOU”) on June 5, 2025, regarding a business alliance.

The purpose of this MOU is to explore potential collaboration opportunities between the apparel business operated by BF and the entertainment content business conducted by the Company, leveraging the management resources and strengths of both parties to enhance their corporate value over the medium to long term.

Moving forward, both parties will engage in discussions to examine and promote specific collaborative initiatives.
